The Novotel in Arica exceeded all my expectations. The hotel had a stunning interior design, and the comfortable bed provided a peaceful and noise-free sleep. Stayed over Xmas at a hotel in Northern Chile. the fitout was nice and modern. the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great – close to the beach and restaurants. We had a comfortable and quiet sleep without any disturbance. the restaurant was also good and served us well for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. the entire experience was superb – from check-in to check-out.

We loved everything about this hotel! It had great hotel facilities and was very clean, with comfortable beds for a peaceful sleep. The hotel staff was very attentive and spoke great English. Additionally, the location was perfect, right beside the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a peaceful sleep without any noise disturbance. The staff were very nice and friendly, helping us with transport arrangements. The hotel interior fit out is stunning, and the in-house restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch/dinner.
One thing that could have been better was the view from our room.

Incredible service and comfort!
I spent my New Year break at a hotel that surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely attentive and made me feel right at home. The comfortable bed gave me the most peaceful sleep I've had in a while. The hotel's prime location was a huge plus - it was a stone's throw away from the beach and nice restaurants. I also loved the beautiful fit-out of the hotel, which made me feel like royalty.
To be honest, I couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. The service was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch.
